Further to your conversation with Detective Garda Carmel Henry of the Garda National Immigration Bureau of today's date, I wish to formally invite you and any other NGO groups concerned with Immigration and Asylum Issues to forward submissions, if any, for the Garda Siochana Corporate Strategy Plan 2007-2009 document which is being compiled at present.
