Irish investment in Brasov

A group of Irish investors is to allocate 25 million euros for the construction of several Class A office buildings in Brasov County, stated the general director of Zoltim Trading company, Zoltan Haller.
The investment is called Brasov Business Park and is being carried out by Ravensdale Investments SRL, a company controlled by Irish businesspersons.
"The Irish investors are at the first to make such a large investment on the Romanian real estate market. The next few years will bring new investments in the office building sector, in commercial centers and in residential areas," said Haller.

Brasovul urmeaza sa se bucure, incepand de anul acesta, de un complex de birouri de clasa A. Complexul va avea o suprafata construita de peste 50.000 de metri patrati si va cuprinde patru cladiri de birouri cu zone de retail, un hotel si o sala de conferinte. Spatiile destinate birourilor vor avea o suprafata desfasurata de circa 35.000 de metri patrati iar hotelul, clasificat la 4 stele, va fi dezvoltat pe o arie de 4.000 de metri patrati. Beneficiarii complexului vor avea la dispozitie 400 de locuri de parcare.
