Buna ziua,

Am nevoie de un sfat ,daca cineva mi-l poate da. Saptamina trecuta mi-a fost furata masina din fata casei, si acum astept " oferta" din partea AXA. Masina a fost arsa si nu mai are cum sa fie reparata.Era asigurata full pe € 10.000 ( era Nissan Almera din 03 :-[).Am intrebat si eu in stinga si in dreapta, e posibil sa imi dea mai putin decit am asigurat-o? Daca aveti vreun sfat , sau comentariu, pleaseeee.Multumiri.

e posibil sa va dea valoarea de catalog stabilita in tabelele alea tiparite periodic (imi scapa numele) unde sunt toate masinilie si deprecierile lor pe ani, dar cel mai bine cititi polita de asigurare si eventual pe net la axa.

intrucat asigurarea platita de tine s-a calculat la valoarea de 10k,atat ar trebui sa primesti ..dar intotdeauna exista small print..in favoarea companiei de asigurari.

posibil sa gresesc dar valoarea masinii se calculeaza dupa depreciere din tabelele mentionate, practic daca masina trebuie casata (write off) atunci bani care-i primesti ar trebui sa ajunga pentru a cumpara una similara (celasi tip an model) dar cum bine zice Santiago ce e scris cu litere mici conteaza, pentru ca ai semnat ce scrie acolo.

Write Off
This means that the cost of repairing the vehicle is more than it is worth at today's market value. Our assessor will look at the car and work out what it was worth before the accident, taking into account the mileage and condition of the car. The amount we pay you will be what the car was worth before the accident, less its scrap value and any excess that applies to your policy. If we decide your car is a write off, you decide what happens to it, including selling it for scrap.

You should suspend your policy if you are not immediately putting another car on cover.
